I was dealing with a MAJOR engine breakdown in my 2016 Ford Diesel RV far -from home- High Desert Auto and RV made it right for me. I felt very confident in the work I was authorizing as HD took the time to clearly explain the mechanical issues involved with the breakdown. I had other complications that were minimized by HD. HD kept me up to date on part deliveries, stages accomplished via text and photos, and in general, took good care of me and my RV.
