It is so hard to find a mechanic that has the knowledge, the customer service and right away, make you feel they have the honesty that is hard to come by these days. My 2015 Chrysler 200 3.6, had 230,000 miles and needed some help. I had a cooling fluid leak that tuned out to also need a water pump. Plus the rumble/grindy sound and feel turned out to be engine mounts shot. He got the job done quickly and my poor old Chrysler runs great again. If you call in to the shop, Bretts wife is friendly and has a great customer service voice. It is hard to find this combination nowadays. I will be telling friends and family. Thank yo both.

In my experience, the past couple of visits at this location, Brett is very professional, and he does not lie to you or try to rip you off and price gouge you like many dealerships do. I will continue to take my car to this shop. I trust him!

We had a DEF issue with our motorhome on our way back to Florida, he was able to diagnose the problem and find a DEF sensor that was on back order. As soon as the part came in (4-5 days) he had us bring our motor home in and he had it fixed in about 4 hrs and we were on our way. I highly recommend Bret. We would probably still be stuck in California waiting for parts, in fact one service dealer said it would be 2 weeks be 2 weeks before we could bring out RV in, ust for him to identify the issue and he didn’t know how long it would take to get a DEF sensor, because it was on backlog

I have always received excellent service at HD Auto and RV. I take both my RV and Autos to have them serviced and maintained. Recently they fixed about a dozen noncritical items on my coach (leaking water lines, loose valves, malfunctioning AC, Awning issues and many more). It took some time however most of that was due to part availability. When my coach was returned all items were fixed in a workman like manner.

Amazing service. We brought our 2017 Terverse in with ck engine light on, broken AC. And Bret knew we were in a time crunch and had it 100% by the end of the day. Amazing people very fair pricing.

Just got my work van back , had the brakes fixed, not just replacing pads, they went Thur and fixed what needed to be. Thanks Brett for taking care of my dodge b2500 van.
