I have taken my RV to other establishments in the High Desert. I never felt like they fully took care of my issues or treated me like a true customer. That was until I dropped off my motor home with Brett. Right from the beginning I felt like he cared about me as a customer and wanted to take care of the issues that I brought it in for. He gave me a quote over the phone and when I came in I had asked him to do a couple of additional items. One of the items he was unable to locate for me but gave me options to look into. The other item he didn’t even charge me for it. When I picked it up it was just as I had asked and he gave me some options for some urgent needs that I would need to address at a future time. I have to say I left there feeling that Brett did what I had asked and went above and beyond. He even charged me less then what was quoted. I had asked another RV tech for a price for the same job and it was $150 dollars more. I will definitely be bringing my motor home back for future needs. I would highly recommend taking your RV there before taking it to any other dealership. Great job Brett!

I was experiencing battery drainage issues on my motorhome. Unfortunately two mechanic shops that I previously took the motorhome to did not repair the issue correctly. Brett and Lori were a pleasure to talk to and work with throughout the process. Brett took the time to explain what was needed to repair the electrical issue, explained why it was happening and what could happen if the calibration was not done properly. Even though he knew the names of the two prior mechanic shops I used, and that they had not done the repairs properly he did not say negative things about them even though they are competitors. This is a testament to his professionalism and character. Me being new to RV ownership, he took the time to explain how other things in my motorhome worked with great patience and care. He never made me feel dumb because I did not know how some of the components of the motorhome worked. He worked to repair my motorhome quickly before I had to depart for a trip. It's with great pleasure that I rate the service received 5 stars. I will return to have other work done on my motorhome. Thank you Brett and Lori for your great customer service.

This was my second visit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as easy as last time due to the fact that my motorhome required a part that was very scarce. From that standpoint, it was a very frustrating experience and upon taking delivery of my coach, the part had failed but luckily not too far away from the shop. Brett and one of his employees helped get the motorhome back to the shop so that he could rectify the situation. If I were ever to give a bad review, it would be to Napa auto parts because of the fact that this part was defective. There are a lot of parts out there for my situation but Brett chose Napa because they stand by their workmanship and will take responsibility in repairing this very scarce part. For that I give Brett and his company five stars for making sure that the warranty conditions are sound for the scarce parts they order.
