I was experiencing battery drainage issues on my motorhome. Unfortunately two mechanic shops that I previously took the motorhome to did not repair the issue correctly. Brett and Lori were a pleasure to talk to and work with throughout the process. Brett took the time to explain what was needed to repair the electrical issue, explained why it was happening and what could happen if the calibration was not done properly. Even though he knew the names of the two prior mechanic shops I used, and that they had not done the repairs properly he did not say negative things about them even though they are competitors. This is a testament to his professionalism and character. Me being new to RV ownership, he took the time to explain how other things in my motorhome worked with great patience and care. He never made me feel dumb because I did not know how some of the components of the motorhome worked. He worked to repair my motorhome quickly before I had to depart for a trip. It's with great pleasure that I rate the service received 5 stars. I will return to have other work done on my motorhome. Thank you Brett and Lori for your great customer service.

This was my second visit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as easy as last time due to the fact that my motorhome required a part that was very scarce. From that standpoint, it was a very frustrating experience and upon taking delivery of my coach, the part had failed but luckily not too far away from the shop. Brett and one of his employees helped get the motorhome back to the shop so that he could rectify the situation. If I were ever to give a bad review, it would be to Napa auto parts because of the fact that this part was defective. There are a lot of parts out there for my situation but Brett chose Napa because they stand by their workmanship and will take responsibility in repairing this very scarce part. For that I give Brett and his company five stars for making sure that the warranty conditions are sound for the scarce parts they order.

I can say Brett's service and assistance in servicing my RV was excellent and I would definitely return in the future. His lectures and answers to my novice RV questions and understanding of RV maintenance also was most excellent.

The customer service is excellent and very friendly. Is great to be able to discuss the possibilities of several repairs to get a better understanding of what’s going on with my vehicle and help to make an educated decision for the repair. Feels more comfortable than the dealer where they are always trying to get more money

Brett was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He was professional, up front, and knows his stuff. My family was in a pinch broken down on vacation with a broken motor mount and radiator. Brett was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it in enough time for my family to still go on our vacation. More importantly he did the job right. Record temps pulling the trailer across the Mojave desert in Baker. 118 degrees with pulling up steep passes and everything went right after he worked on my truck. Thank you very much. Would be back in a heartbeat if another problem would surface.
