Lori and Brett are amazing, Brett was very straight forward about what had to be done. Lori thoroughly explained all the things needing to be done and was a delight to have a conversation with. Definitely will be coming back for any future maintenance, as well as highly recommending it to others.

Since they retired, I have not found another automotive shop that performs like that. However, after taking my car to High Desert Auto & RV for brake and rotor replacement, I was pleasantly surprised to have my car feel like those old B&K Automotive results.
