Had an emergency issue with my RV. I dropped my RV off with High Desert Auto and RV on Wednesday and had a family vacation planned to leave on Friday. I had an issue with my exhaust which was heating through to my under cabin storage containers. I explained the situation and was assured they would look into it and do everything they could to get my RV safe for my trip. I was called Wednesday by noon to explain the issues (sensors), what it would cost and when they could have it done. Later that day I was called and told it would be ready for pick up by 5. When I arrived to pick the RV up Brett took the time to show me the faulty part and explain why it had caused the undercarriage to overheat. Brett then went on to point out another potential safety hazard (weather damaged tires) knowing that I was about to take a two thousand mile trip. He then went out of his way to call multiple tire companies in an effort to get my tires replaced on short notice. As they do not do tire work there he went out of his way to help me and find another business that could help me out. As I was paying for the work that High Desert Auto had done he let me know that he had replaced my oil as a courtesy and I would not be charged for it (usually a 100 dollar service) . I cannot begin to explain how satisfied I am with this company and the personal touch they added to ensure my safety. 5 star rated and very satisfied. Thank you. Steve
