We have being going to Brett for about 2 1/2 years now. And he is very professional and tells you exactly what’s wrong with your car. He has always work with our schedule. Reasonable prices. Can’t go wrong by coming here and getting my car serviced by him.

Brought in my motorhome having problems with the auto park brake system. Brett was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Also had oil change service on the coach and the generator. Very happy with the auto service and the customer service here is top notch. I would highly reccomend High Desert Auto and RV to anyone looking to have work done.

High Desert Auto & RV is excellent. This is almost like going to your *Top-Level Mechanic* dad or brother to get your work done. You know the work will be done right, that good parts will be used, it will be done as quickly as possible, the price will be fair and honest. The repair process is transparent and any question you have will be answered thoroughly, including showing you anything going on that you'd like to see in person. They'll do their very best for you and get the job done. Brett the owner/mechanic knows RV's, yes he does. If you have any kind of mystery issue going on with your RV bring it here. I had gone to at least 4 other RV mechanic shops from Los Angeles to Victorville for a year and NOBODY could fix my ABS light that wouldn't go off. This cost me quite a bit of money for nothing. Frustrating. My experience at High Desert Auto and RV was completely different. Lori at the front desk is great. She's friendly, smiling, very helpful, professional, and can answer just about any question. Brett the owner/mechanic and his staff really know their stuff. Right away he told me what the problem could be, going through the ABS electrical system with me part by part. The other shops I went to before sure didn't do that. Brett is as honest as the day is long in July. He's patient with questions. He listens, and then tells you everything about your question that you could ever want to know. By the time you give him the go-ahead to work, you know exactly what's going on, how much it's going to cost, you feel informed, educated, and comfortable with the process. AND you know it will be done right. This is very important to everyone but especially to females like me who have to go around trying not to get ripped off all the time when we bring in a vehicle for repairs. High Desert Auto and RV is a shop I'd recommend to any female, any time. Brett right away had the one thing that could help fix my RV that the other guys didn't, which was the OBD 1, needed to read a 1995 engine. Finally, my RV got fixed. It needed the ABS module so Lori or Brett called everywhere to find one which was difficult due to the age of my RV. They ordered it shipped and it was the right part needed. I had forgotten to take the For Sale signs off my RV before bringing it in, so several people ended up coming into Brett's shop to ask about it. Brett was kind and generous about texting me or even calling me and letting me talk to the interested party on their business phone! That was above and beyond generous. Thank you so much, guys! Highly, highly recommend High Desert Auto and RV. Great work, thorough, great prices, honest, professional and friendly.

I finally found an RV mechanic that knows what he is doing, and as it turns out, Brett is an extremely experienced mechanic with anything with a motor. As of now, I have not only entrusted Brett and his crew with our motorhome, but I have also taken my Toyota FJ cruiser, Ford F150, and my sons Toyota Tacoma in for work now, and have been more than satisfied every single time. Brett and his wife, along with his team do a great job, keep it up!
