Was very helpful when our RV broke down far from home. Let us stay on the property, got us back on the road ASAP, and followed up afterwards to make sure things were working properly once we were back on the road. Highly recommend!

I had a Blue Ox tow setup installed and two 6V house batteries replaced on my class A in July 2016. I called on a whim while passing through town to compare pricing from other places and was connected with Brett. I was immediately impressed with his attention to detail. He asked me question after question about my rig, tow car, travel plans, etc. What I expected to be a five minute pricing conversation turned into a 30 minute investigation by Detective Brett. No selling, just detailed and technical explanations of each decision I had to make. I ordered the parts, dropped the rig off a couple of days later and it was done a few days after that. Brett met with us outside of normal work hours and spent over an hour making sure we were versed on every aspect of the tow setup before he sent us on our way. I can't recommend these guys enough and I will always bring my rig here for maintenance and repairs.

I had an exalliary tank put on by Desert Automotive, two years ago and when the fuel pump or valve goes out, they always replace it fee of charge. Brian gave me a lifetime warantee. Can't beat that anywhere. The only problem is, it seems to me that Napa could come up with more reliable parts for this system because it is a headache to bring my truck in there often to replace faulty parts. I would of given them a five star, but the parts is what made it a four star.

Always great service from Brett @ HD Auto. Every time I come in, I am greeted by name as if I am their #1 customer. Brett always explains everything he is going to do, and takes extra measures to complete the repair in the most affordable way possible. Highly recommend them.

Do not go to High Desert. Communication is terrible and the work and prices even worse. The owner Brett James is a dirty slob and a broken record. Never answers the phone and is a yes man. Meaning he says yes to everything while smiling yet it is all talk. Takes forever to finish jobs and has also been in the newspapers and local news for hidden camera ripoff's . He will take ones car apart and then let it sit. If one wants to leave it is to late as he has part's all over. He is a clown. Stay away. He is getting quite a rep around the area. He has ripped off the connected and powerful in the area to many times.It's a small town. Get a clue. Ripping off little old lady's may seem easy but they have relatives that will get the money back !

I went in to get the starter tested for my boat. Brett was very helpful and efficient. He explained what was wrong with my starter in terms I could understand. Then, I took my truck in to get the A/C serviced. He took my truck right in, and less than an hour later I was driving in a "cool" truck. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Great experience. I will be going to him again, although, hopefully not for awhile.
