I don't recommend this place I took my Honda EU2000i generator to get fix charge me a $159 to make a diagnosis. Then they told me they would charge me $950 to get a fix. When the greater cost $1000 brand new. He said $450 for the parts and the rest it will be on labor Which would be $500. The guy just wanted to keep the money from the diagnosis that's why he wanted to charge me $950 to get it fixs Which is ridiculous. Don't ever go here unless you want to get ripped off. Look what these people say to look good on the review. Trying to Argue. They well properly wanted argue more and never admit what they did was wrong. I took some screenshots of real professional charge it doesn't even come close to what you guys were charging me. And no I didn't took it to a garage person to fix it that's funny. You guys saying that. I took it to C &C cycle address is here 13815 Park Ave, Victorville, CA 92392 charge me $625. With the part and labor To get it fixed. With 18 month warranty on parts. Just want people know that you guys want to rip people off. And like you guys said the ("RV labor work an hour is $165") I took in a Honda EU2000i generator! I didn't take an RV Hello? You guys said it yourself. I even told the lady in the front counter and she even felt bad charging me. She knew it wasn't Considering what the owner wanted to charge me. I feel bad for her, being force to do something she didn't wanted to do. Don't feel sorry for my dissatisfaction. I paid you already. You ripped me off. You sure are happy. I just hope people take the time to read this horrible experiences. And fine a better place to go and not waste time and money on bussiens like yours.

As posted in our office (as well as on the estimate you signed when you brought your generator in) we do charge a diagnostic fee. The RV labor rate is $165/hr. The diagnostic fee covers the amount of time it will take our technicians to properly inspect, diagnose, and recommend necessary repairs to our customers. It is our policy to apply any diagnostic fees towards the completed repairs. Upon completion of our inspection it was recommended that it would be cost effective and in your best interest to replace the unit rather than repair it. I understand the cost of the repairs are expensive, but the parts for your Honda generator are not cheap. As you stated you found someone that works out of his garage that can fix it cheaper , and I am sure he can; however, High Desert Auto & RV is a locally owned & licensed business backed by Napa Auto Parts offering our customers a nation wide warranty which includes parts and labor. This peace of mind warranty can not be duplicated in a garage. We are proud to offer competitive rate to any licensed auto repair facility but we are unable to price match repairs done in a home based garage. I truly hope your generator repair work out for you. Once again I am sorry that you are dissatisfied.
